Roger Kagan, Driver/Main Trimmer
Among Roger's many sailing accomplishments, he has a North American Championship title from the 1999 J/80 North Americans. Roger spent some time nearly a decade ago coaching for J/World, and has been a regular standout tactician on the J/24 circuit in the US.

Brent Allen, Headsail Trimmer
Brent is currently Senior Marketing & Alliance Director of QuaTeams.com a technology company located in Columbia, MD. Brent has been a regular crew member on one of the leading J/105's in the Annapolis fleet. Prior to his employment at QuaTeams, Brent sold a large number of the J/105 in the mid-Atlantic area in his role as the leading salesman for J/Boats Chesapeake. Although Brent left the sailing industry a few years ago, his interest as a sailor still shapes his life, and he continues to be an avid participant with the desire to help the sailing community develop in any way he can.

Dave Bonney, Main Trimmer
Dave Bonney is currently a standout among the Annapolis J/24 fleet. David grew up on and around the waters of the Chesapeake Bay, however, he only recently began competitive sailing as a driver. Through consistency, hard work and working with other successful helmsmen he has gone from a newcomer to contender in the local fleet.

Clark Dennison, Main Trimmer/Driver
Clark is a database integration specializing in SAP, and has been a standout in the J/24 Class. He has also played a valuable role on a Mumm30 program as well as logging lots of time racing the J/120 and J/105.

Townley Everette, Bowperson
Townley only started sailing after moving to Annapolis, MD a few years back, but her ambition and competitive drive found her some of the best mentors in the area. She has quickly proven a valuable crew member among several fleets in the Annapolis area and is on the short-list for several of the local gurus to call when mounting a serious program.

Thomas Klok, Mastman
Thomas is a software engineer and a match racer from Copenhagen, Denmark who races on the Scandinavian match racing circuit with an amateur team ranking in the world top-100. To his credit, Thomas was part of the Danish team that won the Student Yachting World Championship in 1999.
